Star Tribune Top 150 Winner

The Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. In 2018, the analysis included responses from over 71,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations and PDR Clinics was selected again for the sixth year in a row.

HealthPartners Designated Medical Spine Center (MSC)

PDR is a HealthPartners Medical Spine Center (MSC). MSCs are selected by HealthPartners through a formal process of demonstrated expertise in spine care management.

Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) Network Member

Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) is an integrated multi-specialty network of primary care and specialty care clinics that aims to provide superior value through quality and patient experience at a lower total cost of care. PDR Clinics has been an FPA Network member since 2014.

The Allina Integrated Medical Network (AIMN) Member

The Allina Integrated Medical Network aligns independent physicians and Allina Health to deliver market-leading quality and efficiency in patient care. AIMN supports integration across the care continuum to achieve the triple aim of better care for individuals, better health for populations and lower per capita costs. PDR Clinics has been an AIMN member since 2014.

HealthPartners Innovation Award

PDR has been participating in the HealthPartners Innovation Award program since 2012. The Innovation Award program recognizes the efforts of medical groups that are dedicated to improving and transforming health care through innovative ideas. PDR Clinics won the HealthPartners Innovation Award in 2013 for our innovative Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) program, which is a non-traditional approach to neck and back pain that bridges behavioral and functional healthcare – improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.

ICSI Member

ICSI tackles some of our region’s most complex health and health care system problems in pursuit of the Triple Aim – better care, better health, and lower cost. The organization believes this work requires dedicated collaboration to arrive at the best solutions. Members, sponsors, and partners of ICSI depend on them to scout the health care landscape, identify best practices, innovate, and act as a catalyst to help them prepare for what’s ahead – with the urgency such changes demand. ICSI is an independent, nonprofit health care improvement organization with member medical groups and hospitals, nonprofit health plan sponsors, and active connections with and board representation by employers and consumers.
