Gary Johnson, MD, MPH, FACOEM
Occupational Medicine Physician
Dr. Johnson earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota (U of M) School of Medicine in 1985. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and his Occupational and Preventative Medicine residency at Regions Medical Center / U of M. He obtained a Master of Public Health Diplomat degree from the U of M School of Public Health in 1990. Dr. Johnson is board certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine and is also a Fellow in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Dr. Johnson is a founding board member of the Rural Health Care Initiative (RHCI). He recently returned from Sierra Leone, West Africa, after serving there for almost a year practicing pediatrics and building an infrastructure of healthcare and agriculture to serve those in need.
